Welcome to my practice —

a space dedicated to living life with intention and supporting others on their journeys of self-discovery and emotional healing. I deeply value mindfulness as a powerful and accessible tool to alleviate psychological and physical stress, fostering a sense of flexibility and ease in navigating life’s challenges. I believe that everyone holds the inherent potential to create a life that feels rich, meaningful, and fulfilling.

In a supportive and non-judgmental environment, you’ll receive practical feedback to help effectively address life’s challenges. While the past cannot be changed and the future brings uncertainty, together we can explore the impact of adversity and uncover how these experiences shape behaviors. Our goal is to identify and address patterns that may be holding you back, creating pathways toward a more fulfilling and connected life.

As a licensed and board-certified art therapist registered with the American Art Therapy Association, my approach is rooted in psychodynamic principles while incorporating holistic and mindfulness-based practices. With 25 years of experience, I’ve worked in diverse clinical settings across California and New York, supporting children, families, and individuals navigating social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.

For 15 years, my private practice in downtown Manhattan has helped adolescents and adults find deeper meaning and connection during life’s crossroads. More recently, I’ve expanded services to Westfield, New Jersey, offering a compassionate space for personal growth and healing.

Drawing on comprehensive training in psychotherapy, art therapy, and psychedelic assisted therapy, my sessions integrate diverse methods to support positive change.

Beyond clinical practice, I’ve presented at regional and national conferences on topics such as art therapy’s role in trauma recovery, social-emotional learning, and self-regulation. Personal growth is a lifelong journey, and I remain committed to expanding my expertise through ongoing education, research, and training.
